Emma C. Jenevein represents clients through all stages of the litigation process. She has experience litigating matters involving breach of contract claims, healthcare litigation, personal injury, labor and employment, and other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, she represented corporate and individual defendants in healthcare liability, product defect, premises liability, and personal injury litigation. She served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Renee H. Toliver in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Emma also has experience as a law clerk at a labor and employment boutique.
During her legal education at SMU Dedman School of Law, Emma worked in the First Amendment Clinic, representing underserved clients in free speech, defamation, and civil rights matters. She also served as an Associate Editor of the law school’s flagship journal, the SMU Law Review.
